Center for Women’s Surgery strives to provide the best care possible. Our qualifications, professionalism, expertise and the very way we have structured our Center is intended to ensure our patients receive the highest quality care in the most comfortable, professional setting possible.
We do this because it is the cornerstone of our practice, and it is part of our commitment to you, that we continue to strive for improvement.
To support this mission, you will find that all patients receive surveys following their first visit. We also ask that patients complete a survey after their follow up visit. We look for feedback regarding your appointment, our staff, our communication with you, your visit with Dr. Garcia, our facility and your overall satisfaction. We listen to your recommendations for improvement and are always interested in hearing if you would recommend us to others.
Beyond this dialogue with our existing patients, we turn a more clinical magnifying glass on ourselves. We are currently conducting an outcomes-based review of our hysterectomy procedures so we can objectively report to ourselves and others how we are doing. It’s one thing for us to claim our good outcomes exceed the national averages; we want to make sure it is the case.
We are conducting a similar outcomes-based review of our polypectomy and hysteroscopic procedures, to ensure that, at all times, we are the best we can be.
Last, but certainly not least, we are combing through our office protocols with a fine-tooth comb, to make sure that we are attentive to the needs of our patients, doctors and employees while meeting the rigorous demands of running a successful surgical practice.
We appreciate the trust you place in our care. The quality of the care we provide, and your safety, are our top two priorities.
